Whitebark Institute presents a distinctive two-part workshop, beginning with an informative presentation on forest ecology, landscape health, and ongoing restoration efforts in Mono and Inyo Counties. Moreover, attendees will gain valuable insights into preparing themselves and their homes, promoting resilience in forested areas. Following this, twenty participants will embark on a short field trip to forest demonstration areas around Mammoth Lakes, showcasing examples of forest treatments that have already been implemented.
