RHTR Working Group

The RHTR Working Group is a coalition of rural agencies organized to share best practices and inform policy in the energy efficiency arena. The group of nine agencies, which comprise a significant portion of the geography of the state of California, have a passion for their rural communities and work to ensure rural ratepayers receive effective energy efficiency programs and services.
